Our Process
How We Prepare Every Pre-Owned Spa
Trade-In & Inspection
We take in quality trade-ins from customers upgrading to a new spa. Every unit is thoroughly inspected by our factory-trained technicians.
Reconditioning
We replace worn jets, gaskets, and filters. We test all pumps, heaters, and controls. The shell is cleaned and polished. If it doesn't meet our standards, we don't sell it.
Ready for You
Each pre-owned spa comes with a fresh fill of water, a new filter, and a startup chemical kit. We deliver and set it up just like a new spa.
