Our Story
Family-Owned.
East Texas Proud.
Three Generations.
40 Years. One Mission.
Before there was a showroom, there was a construction guy who didn't want to travel anymore. In the mid-80s, Randall Glaske was building things all over the country while his wife was home in Tyler with three boys in diapers. He decided to stop traveling and find something local.
He took a job with Dick Miller at Glamour Pools selling garden rooms. Every time a customer asked about a hot tub, Randall pointed them to Hot Spring — because, as he put it, they were “just built like a tank.” Inside of a year he'd sold more than 60 of them without even trying. In 1986 he bought Dick Miller out, took on the Hot Spring dealership, and opened East Texas Hot Tub Company in a leased shop just off Troup Highway in Tyler.

The first sale was a Hot Spring Classic out on Lake Tyler. The customer walked in wanting a cheaper Coleman; Randall talked him into “something that lasts forever.” Four decades later, we still service spas from that era. There's a 1986 Grandee on Lake Tyler whose owner still won't let us sell him a new one.
It wasn't always easy. When the real estate market crashed in the early 90s, it was the hardest stretch the business ever saw. Every dollar went to making payroll — the power got shut off at the Glaske house more than once. Ask Randall if he ever thought about walking away, and the answer never changes:
“We never thought about quitting. Never.”
That stubbornness came with a standard he drilled into everyone who worked here: you do a customer right and two people hear about it; you do a customer wrong and nine people hear about it. Problems pass through the service team and a manager before they ever reach an owner — and by the time one did, the customer was always going to win. Randall once paid a customer's entire $346 water bill after a service drained her spa. He handed another customer a brand-new spa rather than argue over a cracked panel. The point was never the spa. It was the relationship.
That's also why the same faces are still here. Tony Lopez started on Randall's construction crew and followed him into the spa business nearly 40 years ago. His son Albert grew up in the office, rocking in a baby carrier while his dad was out in the field. Today Albert is one of our factory-trained technicians. When you call us, you're reaching people who have done this their whole lives.
Today Zach Glaske carries it forward with the same values his father built the business on. We still deliver every hot tub ourselves. We still answer the phone when you call. And around here, chances are a neighbor already owns one of ours.

Our Journey
40 Years in the Making
Randall Glaske opens East Texas Hot Tub in Tyler, Texas — one showroom, a truck, and a belief that everyone deserves a place to unwind
Second showroom opens in Longview — Dad's hometown. First year: almost zero sales. Tent sales, costume parties, nobody showed up. Then it kicked in.
Three Glaske brothers — Hunter, Tucker, and Zach — start working summers delivering hot tubs. The family business becomes a family affair.
Peak year: 500 spas sold. Named Hot Spring Dealer of the Year for the Southwest region, and awarded the Locksin Thompson Retail Excellence Award — Hot Spring's highest dealer recognition out of 900+ dealers worldwide. Only a handful have ever earned it.
Zach Glaske joins the family business full-time, bringing fresh energy to a proven foundation
Celebrating 40 years. Zach Glaske takes over from Mom and Dad — who have officially moved on to their most important role yet: grandparents to 11.
Why Us
What Makes Us Different
Honest, No-Pressure Sales
We'll never rush you into a purchase. We help you find the right fit for your family and your budget — even if that means telling you to wait, or steering you to a less expensive model. We'd rather earn your trust than make a quick sale.
In-House Service — Not Outsourced
Most dealers contract out their repair work. We employ our own factory-certified technicians. When something needs attention, you call us directly — not a third-party service you've never heard of. We're here for the lifetime of your spa.
We Only Sell What We'd Put in Our Own Backyard
We carry Hot Spring, Endless Pools, and Tylö because we believe they're the best. Not because they pay us the highest margin. We use these products in our own homes — and we wouldn't recommend anything we wouldn't buy ourselves.
Come Meet the Family
Stop by either showroom — we'd love to show you around. No appointment needed, no sales pressure.
