Service Call (Trip Fee)
Includes on-site diagnostic. $125 of the trip fee is credited toward the repair if you approve the work.

Field Labor Rate
On-site repair labor after diagnostic. Most repairs take 1-2 hours.

Shop Labor Rate
For equipment brought into our shop. Lower overhead means lower cost to you.

After-Hours Service
Available for urgent situations outside business hours.
$250/hr + $350 trip
Holiday Emergency
We're here when you need us — even on holidays.

Mileage (30+ mi)
One-way, beyond 30 miles from your nearest showroom (Tyler or Longview).
How the trip fee works
The $175 trip fee covers our tech coming to your location and running a full diagnostic. If you approve the repair, $125 of that trip fee is credited toward the repair cost. You only pay the remaining balance plus parts and labor. If you decide not to repair, you just pay the $175 diagnostic fee and you'll have a full Spa Health Report for your records.
