East Texas Hot Tub Co. is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technology like screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, and screen magnifiers. Wellness should be available to everyone, and that starts with how you experience our website.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a recognized international standard for digital accessibility, and it covers things like color contrast, keyboard navigation, alternative text on images, descriptive link text, form labels, and reduced-motion preferences.

What we've done

Color contrast meeting WCAG AA on all text and interactive elements
Touch targets meeting Apple Human Interface Guidelines (44px) on mobile
Keyboard navigation across all interactive controls, with visible focus states
ARIA labels on icons, buttons, carousels, and other non-text controls

Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting on your device
Form fields with visible labels and clear error messaging

Where we still have work to do

Accessibility is ongoing. We audit the site regularly and continue to improve. Known areas we are actively working on include image optimization, third-party widget accessibility, and expanding keyboard support across complex components.
