What if I choose the wrong system?+
Use the fit-help form before ordering. If ETHT confirms the wrong fit, we cover the correction.
Does auto-ship include a discount?+
No automatic discount is promised. The value is the right product, a predictable schedule, local fit help, and an online cancellation path. The exact recurring price appears before you agree.
What can I buy today?+
Every in-stock Shop item can be purchased once. Products marked auto-ship can also be enrolled on the schedule shown on their product page.
How do I change or cancel auto-ship?+
Open Manage auto-ship, enter the email used at checkout, and use the secure Stripe link we send. You can update payment details, review invoices, or cancel future renewals online.
Can you install what arrives?+
SoakReady members may have a correct member-owned consumable installed during a scheduled visit when it fits the visit. Products are billed separately.
Shop orders follow ETHT's current return policy. Chemicals, accessories, installed products, and other non-defective items are final sale unless a different written agreement applies. If we confirm or ship the wrong item, contact us so we can review and correct it. Read shipping and returns.
