Does auto-ship include a discount?+
Not at launch. The value is the right product, a predictable schedule, and local fit help. Any future offer will appear before you agree to it.
What can I buy today?+
Every in-stock Shop item can be purchased as a one-time order today. Recurring checkout is opened only after the product, renewal interval, renewal-order fulfillment, and cancellation controls are confirmed.
Can you install what arrives?+
SoakReady members may have a correct member-owned consumable installed during a scheduled visit when it fits the visit. Products are billed separately.
Shop orders follow ETHT's current return policy. Chemicals, accessories, installed products, and other non-defective items are final sale unless a different written agreement applies. If we confirm or ship the wrong item, contact us so we can review and correct it. Read shipping and returns.
