Shell + Structural (10 points)
- Shell surface — no cracks, stress lines, or delamination
- Shell color/finish — no major fade or staining
- Jet bodies seated, no cracks
- Shell pillows — always replaced
- Cabinet panels — no rot, warping, or pest damage
- Skirt/frame structural integrity
- Cover condition graded — replaced if waterlogged or torn

Common Questions
What does "certified" actually mean?
Every CPO unit passes a 40-point inspection by our factory-trained tech and gets reconditioned before it's listed. If Tony wouldn't stand behind it for 90 days, it doesn't get the CPO label. Period.
How old are the tubs?
Our CPO inventory is usually 3–10 years old. Occasionally we'll have a 1–2 year-old floor demo. We don't certify anything over 12 years old — the math stops working for us and for you.
Can I see the inspection report for a specific tub?
Yes. Every CPO unit ships with a physical Certification Card showing the serial number, inspection date, tech signature, checklist, and warranty terms. Ask and we'll show it before you buy.
What happens if something breaks in month one?
You call us at 903-561-7565. We come to your house, diagnose, fix it. No deductible, no service-call fee. That's what the 90-day warranty means.
What about month four?
The 90-day warranty is over, but we're still your local dealer. We service what we sell. Parts and labor are standard service rates after Day 90 — the same rates our new-tub customers pay.
Do you offer financing on CPO?

What brands do you certify?
Hot Spring and Caldera primarily, since we carry them new and have the parts + expertise. We'll also certify Jacuzzi, Sundance, Bullfrog, and Marquis on a case-by-case basis. We do not certify Coleman, Lifesmart, Aqua Rest, inflatable, or off-brand tubs.
