What customers say
Recent five-star reviews from our Tyler Google listing.
“I recently purchased an X2000 from East Texas Hot Tub and worked with Zach, one of the owners. From the beginning, he was extremely helpful, straightforward, and never tried to upsell us. The purchasing and delivery process was smooth, and we have been very happy with the swim spa. We did have an issue with a missing tether and belt, and communication afterward became frustrating. However, Zach ultimately went above and beyond to make it right. He personally delivered the missing items to my home and even brought us a gift. That level of ownership and customer obsession completely changed my perspective on the experience. Zach took responsibility and went far beyond what I expected to resolve the situation. I will absolutely be doing more business with these guys in the future.”
“The entire process while purchasing a hot tub from East Texas Hot Tub was surprisingly easy. The website was simple to navigate, the showroom staff were a delight, Zach was especially helpful, knowledgeable, patient. The delivery and installation crew were amazing!! Would definitely recommend this company specifically the Tyler, Texas location. I purchased the Limelight Beam model and am 100% satisfied with the decision. Above and beyond service!! Thank you all at East Texas Hot Tub!!!”
“Such a great place! They are very responsive and get you on the schedule quickly. We were lucky to have had Albert as our technician a second time. He’s so knowledgeable and extremely friendly! They get you the right parts in a very timely manner! This is the BEST place for your hottub needs!”
