You Prep the Site
Get your concrete pad poured (or leveled), electrical circuit installed by a licensed electrician, and access path cleared. We'll give you a checklist.

Delivery Day
Our crew arrives with specialized equipment. We place the spa, level it, and connect everything. Most deliveries take 1-2 hours.
Same day as delivery
Fill, Start & Orientation
We fill the spa, run a full startup, balance the water, and walk you through every control, setting, and maintenance tip. You're soaking that evening.
Most Common Question
Electrical Requirements
This is the #1 question we get. Here's what your spa needs — and yes, you need a licensed electrician for most models.
Most Hot Spring, Endless Pools, and full-size spas
- Circuit
- 240V / 50A dedicated GFCI circuit
- Wire
- 6/3 AWG copper wire (typical run up to 50 ft)
- Note
- Must be installed by a licensed electrician. We can recommend one.
Freeflow Spas and some Hot Spot models
- Circuit
- 120V / 15A or 20A standard outlet
- Wire
- Standard household outlet (dedicated circuit)
- Note
- Plug-and-play — no electrician needed in most cases.
Important: Electrical must be done before delivery day.
If we arrive and the electrical isn't ready, we'll still place the spa — but we'll have to schedule a return trip ($350) to complete startup once it's done. Save yourself the extra cost and have it ready.
Before Delivery Day
What to Prepare
Solid, level surface
Concrete pad (minimum 4" thick) or reinforced deck rated for the spa's filled weight (typically 3,000-5,000 lbs).
Dedicated electrical circuit
240V/50A for most spas, 120V for Freeflow. Must be installed before delivery day.
Clear access path
Minimum 36" wide, from where the truck parks to the final spa location. Remove gates, fences, or obstacles.
Garden hose
We'll need a standard garden hose to fill the spa on delivery day.
Gate or fence removal
If access requires going through a gate or fence panel, have it removed before we arrive.
Final location decided
Know where you want it. Moving a filled spa later is a separate service call.
