Start with the exact E2000 configuration and your property. These four questions help turn a possibility into a delivery plan.
How will it reach the final spot?
Share photographs and measurements of the whole route: gates, turns, steps, slopes and overhead obstructions. Our team needs to assess the route and any placement equipment before confirming delivery.
What will support it when it is filled?
Have the support surface assessed for the exact unit, water and occupants. A qualified professional should confirm the foundation or deck against the matching manufacturer instructions.
Is there room to use it and care for it?
The equipment dimensions are only the starting point. Allow for entry, steps, cover movement, drainage and access to service panels according to the installation instructions.
What work belongs in the quote?
Confirm delivery, placement, setup and orientation in writing. Identify cranes, difficult access, electrical work, site preparation and old-unit removal separately before committing. A licensed electrician should review the exact configuration and local requirements.
A backyard visit helps assess placement and delivery access. Foundation, structural, electrical, permit and local code requirements still need the appropriate qualified professional or authority.

Hi, this is Zach with East Texas Hot Tub at one of our Endless Pool deliveries. This is our E2000, our flagship, with the hydraulic swim current, the most natural swim that you can swim in a swim spa. It's like swimming upstream in a river. It's a pretty incredible experience. It doesn't even feel like you're in a swim spa when you're swimming in it.
As far as the process goes, being a dealer for Endless Pool, we're East Texas Hot Tub. We are there for you step by step. So as far as how the process starts, you can either obviously come in and test soak, try one in our showroom, or you can just sign up for a free site inspection at your house on our website or give us a call.
We kind of want to pick your creative mind, find a way to have it exactly how you see it and how you envision it on your property. As far as after we figure out what model you're looking for, we're with you step by step all the way until install like we're doing today.
After install, we're of course, we're partnering with you. We're starting that relationship with you. So as far as anything to do with Endless Pool going forward, we're there for you, no matter if it's year one or year 10.
