A hot tub is a big purchase, and the worst part of a big purchase is not knowing what happens next. So here is the whole journey, in order, with the prices and promises written down.

Ten minutes in a few different models tells you more than a month of reading reviews. Bring your swimsuit if you want to feel the jets, or just sit in the dry shells and see which one fits your family.
Want us to come to you instead? Book a free backyard visit. We come out, look at your space, check the delivery path and your electrical setup, and talk through which two or three models actually fit — not all thirty.
Get your price in writing
One written installed price. You know the whole number before you commit.
After we see your space (or talk through it), you get a written installed price: the spa, delivery, placement, cover, and start-up chemicals when the current offer includes them, plus a plain note on what your electrician will need to run. Most models need a 240V/50A circuit; Freeflow models plug into a standard outlet.
That written number is our promise. No surprise charges from us after the agreement — if a cost is ours to control, it is on the page before you sign.
Real 0%, real numbers
0% APR for 72 months with approved credit through Wells Fargo.
Plenty of dealers advertise 0% that is really a deferred-interest plan — miss the payoff window and the back interest lands on you. Ours is true 0% APR for 72 months with 20% down, with approved credit, through Wells Fargo Outdoor Solutions. The terms live on our financing page where you can read them before you ever talk to a salesperson.
If financing is not your path, cash and card work just like you would expect, and trade-ins can carry real value toward the new one.
Delivery day
Buy an in-stock model and we set your delivery date before you leave the showroom.
No “we’ll call you when it ships.” If it is on our floor, your delivery date goes on the calendar while you are standing there. Special orders get a real timeline the day we place the order, and we keep you posted as it moves.
On the day, our own crew — not a freight company — places the spa, fills it, connects with your electrician’s work, and walks you through every control before we leave. The water is usually up to temperature by that evening. Your first soak is the same night.
After the Sale
Year Five Looks Like Year One
This is the part an internet seller cannot offer. Free water testing at both showrooms whenever you want it. Replacement covers, filters, and chemicals on the shelf. Factory-trained techs for everything we sell. And when it is finally time to upgrade, your old tub carries trade-in value with us.
